"Wow where do I even begin! Everything about this establishment is just fantastic!

From the showroom decor and variety of furniture, to the welcoming and willingness to help attitude of the sales reps, to the courtesy and kindness of the owner himself our furniture buying experience was exceptional!

It makes me so proud that we have such rich and well run local businesses in the region. It really is a breath of fresh air when you can put a face to a successful business instead of doing business with a faceless organization.

We bought a dining table, rug, coffee table and side table. The dining table was expected to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks but we got a call that i was ready for pick up THE SAME WEEK!

It’s safe to say this shop will be our first port of call when looking for new pieces from now on.

To Marshall and his team and everyone behind the scenes, you should be extremely proud of the establishment you’ve built and grown! I wish you continued success in everything you do!"

"I was looking to replace our Queen Platform bed frame that was part of a set with a King Platform bed frame; however, the manufacturer had gone out of business and we were not able to obtain a match to our existing set. I checked out St. Jacobs Furniture web site and found a King bed frame that looked like it would go with our set (it wasn't an exact match but it actually looked like it would compliment our existing set and enhance the overall look). I contacted St. Jacobs Furniture House and spoke with Agnes. Unfortunately the bed frame was not available to see; however, Agnes assured me that the Bed frame I was looking at was great quality and well constructed and would be available to ship in two weeks which worked out perfectly for us. The bed frame was on sale at the time which was an added bonus. Agnes handled all the details efficiently and kept me informed when the bed frame was ready to be sent to our house. The two men that delivered the bedframe set it up and it looked perfect with our existing bedroom furniture and as expected actually complimented our existing set. This was my first buying experience with St. Jacobs Furniture. They will be my go to furniture store the next time we are looking for furniture. I would certainly recommend them for the knowledgeable staff; ease of ordering; value based on price; quality product and expert delivery and installation."

"I recently purchased a sectional for a cottage up north. After picking it up and unpacking it, I realized that the colour choice was absolutely wrong. My mistake! I returned to the store and asked if I could exchange the sectional for one of a different colour and was told this could be arranged. I was so pleased with the new item and I can’t say enough about the courteous and patient salesperson who was so understanding and wanted me to be totally happy with my choice. " Our experience at St Jacobs furniture house was excellent. We came in with a lot of question marks regarding how we could make a sectional work in our 120 year old home. The staff were easy going and happy to work with us through many different styles and configurations of those styles until we got it right. The icing on the cake was when we received a phone call telling us we could have the sectional by the end of the week if it suited us, instead of the initial projection of a 1 month wait. Last year we started browsing their showroom for a sofa for our basement- the quality of the furniture they carry will exceeds the big box stores like The Brick, Leons, etc. We were first sold on a big sectional with accompanying ottoman. This year, we returned once more for living room furniture. Our sales rep Agnes was so helpful and attentive- most recently, she was even messaging us back and forth on her weekend off this past thanksgiving to ensure we got our order in on an in stock item. We are so appreciative for all her help and patience! She has assisted us in buying both of our furniture sets. " Excellent delivery service all the way to Kincardine from St Jacobs Furniture. It wouldn't have been possible for me to fit a large and very heavy sleeper couch through tight quarters in my house and into a tight loft up the stairs and around many corners if it wasn't for Austin and Blake doing the delivery! They assisted my husband removing doors so they could get the couch through to where it needed to be. I was very impressed and thankful these couches didn't have to go back because it did not look possible at first. All doors were put back on perfectly before they left.

“Companies are made up of lots of ingredients, however the most important part of it is “YOU” what I meant is it’s employees working for it.
As regards to your company , each and everyone one that I have come across are amazing. I’d be unfair to talk about the lady who dealt with me and my wife when we bought our furniture , then the delivery guys and now yourself. What a positive attitude you all have. If one has to write down about “how to deal with customers “ they should visit furniture house.

We just received our bedroom set and I wanted to write and say how very happy I am with the whole process from start to finish. The 2 Gentleman who were here were absolutely phenomenal.
On a personal note, our beloved dog Lucy passed away suddenly last week at our Cottage and we have all been very sad. This definitely gave me a pick me up to have such a beautiful set, and a wonderful experience with the store's services. Thanks so much!

We had the pleasure of meeting a great sales consultant at your store on Friday. Mike D’Aloisio was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful while my wife and I were trying to decide on a sofa, loveseat and chair purchase. We visited five furniture stores on Friday and only two provided a service level that we would say was “acceptable”. In a world where mediocre service seems to be a standard, Mike rises above and is a real asset to your team.

Hi Agnes: Wanted to let you know how much Doug &.I are enjoying our new chairs & the sewing room rug. Doug had an hour nap in his chair the very day it was delivered. Mine is great for napping as well. They look awesome in the room, very good decisions. Have had some friends over & they have commented very favourably how our place looks. Hey Sylvia I just wanted to thank you for the incredibly beautiful sofas and bench. There wasn’t one in your showroom but only online. They are absolutely perfect! It was funny, our daughter Kirstie was watching a Taylor Swift special 2 weeks ago and the camera pans over to Taylor and there she is sitting on the exact same sofa, pillows and all!
